Better Camera does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to third parties. We have no servers, no analytics, and no tracking.
Better Camera runs entirely on your device. Photos you capture are saved to your iOS Photos library — they never pass through our infrastructure. App settings such as lens choice, exposure preferences, and film selection are stored locally on your device.
If you grant location permission, GPS coordinates are embedded in the EXIF metadata of photos you capture. This metadata stays in your photos, on your device. Location access is optional — Better Camera works fully without it.
Photos are saved to your iOS Photos library using Apple's standard PhotoKit framework. We do not have access to your photo library or its contents.
We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or any other information from your device.
